After you have set up your appointment book, schedule appointments and send reminders.
Telehealth is enabled in Pracsoft by default in Pracsoft 3.19 and later.
Search for recorded appointments.
Use Pracsoft to book future appointments and record services provided without an appointment, for example, fit-in appointments for walk-in patients.
You can email patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.
A default Appointment Book is provided with Pracsoft.
Select Setup > Global Settings > Patient tab. Set Enable Teleheatlh.
