Recovering Lost Passwords

Users or practitioners with full access can create new passwords.

The following information describes how to create a new password, should you forget your old one. It is not possible to recover a lost password. This procedure differs from modifying your existing password.

Note:

If you have Clinical installed (and are hence using a combined Clinical/Pracsoft database), any modification you make to a password in MedicalDirector Pracsoft will also modify the password for the corresponding practitioner or user record in Clinical, and vice-versa.
