Ezidebit

Integrate Ezidebit with Pracsoft for direct debit and recurring patient payments.

Ezidebit integrates with Pracsoft to provide secure and efficient collection of payments with your Ezidebt service. Ezidebit provides:

Card-present payments via integrated EFTPOS terminals.
Card-not-present payments. The patient's card details are recorded with their consent and can be used securely for future or remote transactions without the physical card or terminal.
Refund processing.
Support for up to 16 practitioners with one Quest EFTPOS terminal.
A report of Ezidebt transactions in a specified date range. This report is available via the Pracsoft Reports menu.
A transaction log. This transaction log is available via the Pracsoft Reports menu.

Ezidebit is enabled via Global Settings. Workstations that are to use Ezidebit must be set up in Workstation Settings.
