Daily to Weekly

Back up your data
Reboot your computers to flush the memory:
- Daily for workstations
- Weekly for servers (more frequently if required)

Fortnightly to Monthly

Run Microsoft Disk Cleanup to remove any temporary files left in cache (.tmp, .temp and temporary internet files). These temporary files will occupy valuable hard disk space.
Check the free space on the server's hard disk for adequate operating space.
Run Microsoft Scandisk on all drives to ensure the integrity of your hard drives.
Run Microsoft Disk Defragmenter on all hard drives to increase stability and help protect against slowness, cross linked files.
