Reports

Pracsoft reports can be used in a variety of ways.

In order to use reports effectively, one must have a basic understanding of how they are produced and what information is reported on.

MedicalDirector cannot advise which report is best for your practice. This is best discussed with your accountant.

Arrears Reports showing the balance of Debtors at any given date.
Daysheets A Daysheet report is for reconciling the day's transactions. This includes visits, receipts and adjustments.
Demographics Reports presented in various formats showing Patient demographic details.
Fees Reports detailing the Invoices/Accounts raised.
Financial Reports detailing summaries of all transactions, including details on GST payments.
IHI Exception Allows you to examine which patients in your Pracsoft database share the same IHI Number.
Not Seen A list of patients who were added to the Waiting Room, but then flagged as 'not seen'.
Smart Visual Dashboards Reporting for appointments, claims and revenue.
Statements Prints out the statement of accounts for outstanding debtors.
Receipts Reports detailing the Receipts issued.
Other A mixture of reports detailing Visit statistics, Referral details, Bulk Claim summary, Held Accounts, and Wait time statistics.
