Patient Setup - SMS Messaging

All patient records are default-configured to opt-out of receiving SMS messages, unless you specify otherwise, as explained following.

  1. Select the Address/Phone tab, and then the Address sub-tab, as shown below.
  2. Tick the Send SMS check box, as indicated in the following image, if this patient wantes to receive SMS messages.
    • If the Mobile Phone field is left blank, you will be unable to send SMS Reminder messages to the patient, regardless.
