Sending SMS Messages to Individual/Select Patients

  • If a recipient does not have a mobile number, or the number is invalid, you will be prompted to enter a valid number.
  • You cannot send messages to patients who have opted-out of SMS functionality. Upon attempting to send messages to such patients you will be prompted to contact the patient by other means.
  • You cannot send SMS messages to multiple patients simultaneously via the Waiting Room - this functionality is only available via the Appointment Book.
