Viewing Claims History

1. Within Pracsoft select Processing > Online/Easyclaim Claiming.
2. In the Medicare Australia Online Claiming window, select View > Immunisation Claims.
   
   
3. In the Claim History window, locate and right-click the claim you want to view history for. From the menu that appears, select View Claim.
   
   

The View Items in Immunisation Claim window appears.
