After you have set up your Appointment Book, schedule appointments and send reminders.
- Scheduling Appointments
  Use Pracsoft to book future appointments and record services provided without an appointment, for example, fit-in appointments for walk-in patients.

  Patient recalls can be associated to appointments.

    View a recall assigned to a specific appointment.
  - Recall History
    Display a history of patient recalls.

  Display the status of SMS messages to patients and their replies in the Appointment Book.

Recall History

Display a history of patient recalls.

Procedure

Open the Appointment module. Either:
- Click Appointment Book.
- Select Waiting Room > Appointment Book.
If your practice has multiple Appointment Books, select the Appointment Book you want to search. (Later, you can select an option to search all Appointment Books if you want to.)
Select View > Recall History.

Results

The Recall History window displays the details of patients, their recalls, and their associated appointments.
