After you have set up your Appointment Book, schedule appointments and send reminders.
- Scheduling Appointments
  Use Pracsoft to book future appointments and record services provided without an appointment, for example, fit-in appointments for walk-in patients.
- Searching Appointments
  Search for recorded appointments.
- Recalls in Pracsoft
  Patient recalls can be associated to appointments.
- Email Appointment Reminders
  Send emails to patients to remind them about appointments.
- Display SMS Message Status in the Appointment Book
  Display the status of SMS messages to patients and their replies in the Appointment Book.

Managing Appointment Books

A default Appointment Book is provided with Pracsoft.

You can add multiple practitioners to each Appointment Book. From within each Appointment Book, you can select which practitioner's appointments to view.
