Patient Settings

Edit the patient's details.
Select the Payment Details tab.
Via the Concessions drop-down list, select the concession the patient is entitled to. Concessions eligible for a Medicare Incentive Payment include:
- Pensioner
- Health Care Card
- Veterans - All
- Veterans - Specified
- Commonwealth Seniors Card Note also that all patients under 16 years are also eligible - you are not required to select a concession type for these patients, unless they also specifically meet the criteria to do so.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
