The Appointments module has its own built-in list of practitioners, which is separate to the list of Practitioners within your Pracsoft database.

Make practitioners available for scheduling appointments in an Appointment Book.

Appointment Management

  Use Pracsoft to book future appointments and record services provided without an appointment, for example, fit-in appointments for walk-in patients.

Enabling Practitioners in the Appointment Book

Make practitioners available for scheduling appointments in an Appointment Book.

Procedure

Open the Appointments module, either:
- Click Appointment Book.
- Select Waiting Room > Appointment Book.
If you have multiple Appointment Books in use, select the Appointment Book you want to use via the associated drop-down list.
Select Setup > Practitioners.
Set Use for each practitioner you want to make available in this Appointment Book.
Click OK.

Results

The practitioners are available for scheduling appointments in this Appointment Book.
