Appointment Book Icons
The following icons appear within the appointment book, next to an appointment entry for your patient, and indicate the type of appointment the patient has been scheduled for.

  Search for recorded appointments.
- Scheduling Appointments
  Use Pracsoft to book future appointments and record services provided without an appointment, for example, fit-in appointments for walk-in patients.

  You can email patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Telehealth and Pracsoft
  Telehealth is enabled in Pracsoft by default in Pracsoft 3.19 and later.

    Different appointment types and their status are identified by text colour, background colour and various icons.
  - Appointment Book Options
    Global and workstation-specific Appointment Book options are managed from the Appointment Book.
  - Appointment Book Tools
    Use appointment book tools to update appointment descriptions and notes for selected dates.
- Managing Appointment Books
  A default Appointment Book is provided with Pracsoft.
