Appointment Book Tools

Use appointment book tools to update appointment descriptions and notes for selected dates.

To run an appointment tool, in the Appointment Book, select Setup > Tools > required tool.

Select from:

Recalculate Descriptions- replaces the current description and added notes for all linked patient appointments on the selected date.
Recalculate All Future Descriptions- replaces the description and added notes for all future linked patient appointments in the entire Pracsoft database. This may take some time, depending on the size of the database.
Recalculate X Days Descriptions- replaces the current description and added notes for all linked patient appointments for a specified number of days from the selected date. After selecting this option you will be prompted to indicate how many days from the current day you want to allow for.
