New Patient Distribution Report

Before you begin

This report summarises the number of new patients added to the database in the period between the 'From:' and 'To:' dates specified below. It lists the number of new patients added in each month per calendar year, and also provides a total of the new patients added for the whole year. There are a number of additional options available with this report (click the 'Additional' tab below). You may specify: an age range; a postcode range; Sex at Birth; Active/Inactive/Deceased/Visiting Status; Concession type; any combination of these attributes; or none of these attributes.

To Generate a New Patient Distribution Report:

Procedure

  1. Select Reports > All Reports. The Pracsoft Reports window appears.
  2. Within the Report Type section, select Demographics.
  3. Within the Report Name section, select New Patient Distribution.
  4. Select the Common tab:
    • Enter a Date Range for the report.
  5. Select the Additional tab.
  6. If desired, using the fields provided, enter criteria to filter the report on the following:
    • Age Range
    • Postcode Range
    • Sex at Birth
    • Status
    • Concession
  7. Click Print when you are ready to proceed.
