Sending SMS Messages to Individual Patients

You can send an SMS directly to a patient from the Waiting Room or Appointment Book.

The recipient must have a valid mobile number and have agreed to receive SMS messages. If a patient has opted-out of receiving SMS updates, you will be prompted to contact the patient by other means.
