Deleting the Telehealth Component from an Appointment

This extra step is needed when moving or deleting Telehealth appointments.

About this task

Before you move or delete a Telehealth appointment, delete its Telehealth Consult component.

Procedure

Right-click the appointment and select Full Detail.
In the Appointment Detail window, in the Telehealth Consult section, click Delete > OK.

Results

The appointment's Telehealth Consult component is deleted.

What to do next

You can now move or delete the Telehealth appointment.
