    Reschedule an appointment to an alternative time slot by drag-and-drop or cut-and-paste.

    Alerts display important information about a patient.

    You can copy-and-paste an appointment into a different time slot or between appointment books.

History of Deleted Appointments

Pracsoft retains a list of deleted appointments.

About this task

The History of Deleted Appointments shows appointments that were manually deleted where the patient was removed from the Appointment Book.

Tip:

The History of Deleted Appointments is different from the No Show Report, which lists patients who scheduled an appointment but did not arrive at the practice. Those patients remain in the Appointment Book and are labelled as No Show.

Procedure

Open the Appointment module. Either:
- Click Appointment Book.
- Select Waiting Room > Appointment Book.
If you have multiple Appointment Books in use, select the Appointment Book you want to use via the associated drop-down list.
Select View > Show Delete History.

Results

In the Deletions History window:

The upper section of the window displays the deleted appointments.
The lower section provides tools for filtering the list to locate specific deleted appointments.

What to do next

Click Print to print the list of deleted appointments.
